ED 795A: Seminar
This course was a seminar in which we worked in teams to serve as design consultants for real clients. My team worked with San Diego Museum of Man to improve their volunteer docent program.
In addition to the semester-long consulting project, each team also prepared a case briefing based on a fictional scenario. Ours involved helping Davey Jones of WidgetMart determine whether the system he was tasked with creating was the right tool for the job.
